Painted Pieces

This is the Venti Scale (both roughly 6 inches tall not including base) version of the epic dueling mustangs Motor and Terora by Maggie Bennet! I thought two dilutes would be a fun dynamic, so they were painted to Palomino (Terora) and Silver Bay (Motor). Both of them are packed with details, painted in pastels and acrylics. Lots of washes were used to really show off the amazing detail both of these sculptures have. Both have scarring, and a thin layer of "dirt" on them to really give a feral look to these two. Terora is a lovely golden palomino with a silvery-beige mane and tail, and Motor is a bright silver bay. They are packed with all of the usual details, as well as those teeny tiny mouths and teeth! They are both sealed with a matte finish, with the eyes, inner nostril and mouth being glossed. Their base has been painted to a glossed black, with felt added to the underside of each.
